The Passions of Monika Bacardi : Art and 7th Art
"The Seventh Art" (Cinema) is one of her passions. This, along with a desire to help young filmmakers, is one of the justifications for her having created AMBI Pictures. With a desire to contribute to the art of cinema around the world, AMBI Pictures seeks to make commercial films for viewers the world over. Cinema is a medium that can offer the opportunity to convey a wide array of messages to varied audiences: this is the conviction of Monika Bacardi. She holds the opinion that cinema can transform the world. Monika Bacardi fervently supports Amis de l'Opera, which has for 30 years, assisted l'Opera de Monte-Carlo.
Mission Enfance, which gives educational help to underprivileged children, is a charitable organisation in which Monika Bacardi strongly believes. Association Nationale Monégasque des Amis de l'Enfance (AMADE-Monaco), is an organisation through which she encourages the health of children. Charitable activities are areas in which Monika Bacardi is actively engaged in Monaco.

Success in being a central provider of popular motion pictures for production houses and large distributors around the planet is what the AMBI Group strives for. The celebrated 'PHOTO' magazine (which has been running since the 60's) was acquired by Monika Bacardi several years ago. On a yearly basis, Monika Bacardi attempts to produce between eight and ten motion pictures. These range from in-house to third-party productions and are achieved by means of the AMBI Group.
Because of her passion for film, she set up AMBI group (a business specialising in cinematography based in Europe) in 2013. A deep love for art and philanthropy contributed to her choice to learn about literature and arts in her birth country, Italy. Monika Bacardi is engaged in many charitable organisations, due to her love of philanthropy.
Through the foundation, Monika Bacardi raises awareness of the results of people's activities on the natural environment. Monika Bacardi speaks French, German, English, Italian and Spanish and is considered to be one of the key businesswomen in the Arts sector. Having formed AMBI Pictures, she and Andrea Iervolino have now created an excellent number of motion pictures for the worldwide marketplace. She has a hectic schedule, having become involved with many philanthropic activities. She contributes to oceanographic research and backs plenty of charities, like "amfAR" (Making AIDS History Association), "Fondation AVEC" and the Monaco Red Cross.
